Laurier Village - Affordable Luxury

Laurier Village recently received a complete transformation, inside and out. Every unit has been renovated, in most instances from the studs outwards. The flooring is completed in high-end, commercial-grade laminate with a hardwood look; the kitchens have been refinished, with luxury features such as stunning quartz countertops, undercounter lighting, undermount sinks and more. The bathrooms have been similarly refinished, with new tubs, porcelain tile, shower inserts, toilets, vanities and more. 

Laurier Village has an onsite resident caretaker who is available for any concerns or questions you may have. 

Laurier Village is a non-smoking, pet-free, adult (25+) building.

The Neighborhood

Over the last few years, 124 Street has evolved into one of Edmonton's most vibrant shopping districts and home to some of Edmonton's finest restaurants, boutiques, and galleries. Nestled along the north bank of the River Valley at the west end of Jasper Avenue, the 124 Street District extends north along the 124 Street corridor to 111 Avenue. The 124 St neighborhood prides itself on being a unique business community, delicately tucked away in our large city, offering an array of services to meet its needs.

Laurier Village is located in a "very walkable" location, according to WalkScore, meaning most errands can be accomplished on foot; there are also many nearby public transportation options, being steps away from major bus routes. It is less than a 10-minute drive to the University of Alberta, Grant MacEwean University, Rogers Place or the Royal Alexandria Hospital, 5-minutes to NAIT Main Campus and 15 minutes to West Edmonton Mall.

Building Amenities

Laurier Village features a fully-upgraded security system, including 24-hour surveillance of the entries and most common and parking areas, as well as fob-activated door access.  There is on-site laundry (with laundry sink), secured entry with intercom and energized outdoor parking is available.  Laurier Village also features spacious additional secured storage bays in the basement level, locked and under camera surveillance.

In 2021/2022, Laurier Village's exterior will be transformed, with a gated courtyard area for our residents' exclusive enjoyment, complete with outdoor seating area and gated access, with no public access to our basement-level suite windows.
